Obituary: dealer Ivor Ingall

Ivor Ingall (April 5, 1940-November 6, 2023), who has died aged 83, was born in India during the last days of the British Raj, spending the whole of the Second World War there with his mother and sister while his father Francis Ingall fought overseas with the Indian Army.
