A detail of a prop figure pictured at JOS Events special ‘yard’ sale held at the West Midlands Showground earlier this month to raise funds for the showground’s flood appeal. A second event at the ground will run on Saturday November 25.
It was such a success that they’re repeating it on Saturday November 25 with an early start of 7.30am running to 1pm in the Berwick Pavilion at the same location.
Emma Jones said: “There has been so much flooding at the ground recently that we couldn’t risk putting on a Christmas event there this year.
We’re selling antiques and vintage pieces as well as props and Christmas decorations and have teamed up with local charity Rural Charity who are based at the showground to sell some of their shops’ surplus stock.”
