However, please forgive me if I correct you on one small point.

In your description of the various bouchon cassis you refer to the stoppers as “cascading bunches of grapes”. This is not correct. Cassis is French for blackcurrant. On the stoppers the berries are too small to be grapes.

Incidentally, the bouchons mures is blackberry.
