This year's fair runs from March 13-22 (preview on March 12) and hosts 274 exhibitors from 20 countries, though the vast majority are from Britain and the continent. This event started as Pictura in 1975 with just 28 Old Master and early sculpture dealers.
Forty years on and visitor figures rose from 64,500 in 2012 to over 74,000 last year.
