Colin Stair has completed the purchase of 547/549 Warren Street, Hudson, NY. The c.1902 building is being renovated to meet the company’s requirements and the first sale, which will feature English and Continental furniture, art and decoration, is scheduled for September 17.
“After four years of shuttling back and forth between rented venues in Hudson and our office and warehouse in Claverack, we are really looking forward to having a home for the auctions,” said Mr Stair. “It will make life easier for all of us and
it will enable us to extend our preview hours as well as expand our auction schedule.”
