Where to find your Customer ID
Your Customer ID is on the address label of the envelope in which you receive your weekly copy of Antiques Trade Gazette. It will also appear on letters we send to you.
Why do I need to enter this information?
For you to add full digital access to your print subscription we need you to confirm your details with us.
What happens next?
Once you've entered your Customer ID and postcode you'll be taken to a special offer page to complete your upgrade.
If your print subscription has already been upgraded, once you have entered your details you'll be signed in and you can start accessing all the site's content.
I already have an online account. What do I do?
You can go to the sign in page and enter your email address and password.
