Six 18th century Chelsea botanically decorated plates, estimate $1000-2000 at Neue Auctions.
The unmarked plates, which measure just over 9in (23cm) in diameter, have dark iron-red scalloped rims, are decorated with flowers, sprigs and insects and have a provenance to Wynn A Sayman of Richmond, MA, and a private collection in Cleveland, Ohio.
