Freya Mitton offers Cornfield, The Happy Valley, Meopham, by Frederick Gore, RA (1913-2009), c.1965, oil on canvas, for a price in the region of £10,000.
However, for the past few years, dealer trade association LAPADA has proved there is appetite for a mid-summer event, hosting a pavilion at The Game Fair.
Running from July 28-30, the fair takes place at Ragley Hall in Warwickshire. Dealers will offer items ranging in price from £500-500,000.
Among those standing is Art of the Imagination, which brings a limited edition printing of War Horse as well as the puppet of Joey (the titular horse) from the West End production. There will be daily performances with the horse.
Exhibitors include Haynes Fine Art, Plaza Jewellery, Sue Brown and Thomas Spencer Fine Art.
