It brings together 17 participants across London plus a London Summer Showcase in South Kensington’s Cromwell Place from June 28-July 1.
Nine of the galleries participating are staging exhibitions. These include Bamboo Masters from Japan at Eskenazi (see Dealer’s Diary, ATG No 2595), Imperial China in Miniature: A collection of Ten Exquisite Artifaces from Lam & Co, Chinese Ceramics at Marchant and Korean Ceramics: 12th century onwards at W Shanshan.
As well as the shows there is a programme of tours talks and events.
This includes a handling session led by Susan Page of 19th century snuff bottles with a presentation on June 29. The same day there will be a panel discussion on collecting Asian art chaired by Nicole Schoeni of Schoeni Projects.
The panel includes Daphne King of Alisan Fine Arts, dealer Runjeet Singh and Benedict Carter, head of Islamic and Indian art at Sotheby’s.
