Sunny day at Flea London, a weekly Saturday fleamarket in Vinegar Yard, by London Bridge.
This will be held on Sundays at canalside Hackney Bridge, east London, with the launch scheduled for Sunday, May 14.
Christian Scrimgeour said: “We have acquired the bar, food court, office space, community garden and retail units at Hackney Bridge. It’s a huge space so we’ll have room for a lot more brocante-type stalls. We’re working with Hackney Council’s Markets team so with their help we’ll have plenty of new traders from east London as well some of our existing traders.”
This busy area on the edge of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is a melting pot of art studios, community gardens, restaurants and independent shops with Hackney Bridge being a few minutes from Hackney Wick railway station.
