SFERA is an 11in (27cm) diameter golden patinated bronze sphere with a polished exterior partly opened to reveal carved individual mechanical-like elements. The sculpture, which comes from a Swiss private collection, has the incised signature, title, date and number Arnaldo Pomodoro SFERA 1966 – 1/2 on the pleixiglass base.
Estimate SFr150,000-200,000.
