The Allens were dealers in early American, English and Continental furniture and decorative arts but had a special focus on early brassware and 17th and 18th century delftware.
The 625-lot sale will feature furniture, paintings, brassware and other decorative arts including an extensive selection of early delft of both Continental (Dutch) and English manufacture in a variety of different forms.
Pictured here is one of the English entries, a London example of an Adam and Eve ‘blue dash’ charger of late 17th century date measuring 13in (33cm) in diameter that has an estimate of $3000-4000.
