WHAT’S NEW FOR 2022?
Music & Dance is the theme for this edition, reflected in the works of art on offer, as well as a series of concerts. The result of a partnership between London Art Week, Cromwell Place and the Philharmonia Orchestra, the two performances take place on July 3 and 6. Tickets are £20 and available online. Ben Elwes Fine Art stages the exhibition Mozart and Beethoven: Portraits and Personality, while other dealerships feature important depictions of musicians.

MAYFAIR ART WEEKEND
Mayfair Art Weekend runs from June 24-26 at galleries around London’s traditional art district. The event, which has a contemporary focus, features 30 dealerships such as Hauser & Wirth, Pace, Opera Gallery and Robilant + Voena.
It kicks off with a Gallery HOP! on June 24, a tour of the galleries followed by late-night viewings. The following days feature a programme of free talks, tours, performances and family activities.
The event incorporates the Mayfair Sculpture Trail (June 20-July 31), which presents outdoor works by Contemporary artists from galleries such as E&R Cyzer and JD Malat Gallery.
ASIAN ART IN LONDON
From June 29-July 2, Asian Art in London launches its summer programme which includes a series of talks and exhibitions as well as a walking trail. Participants include Marchant, Chatterjee & Lal and Chiswick Auctions.
Among the talks are a presentation on Chinese Snuff Bottles from the Golden Autumn Collection from Susan Page Snuff Bottles and Ganesha – The Elephant-Headed god of India and Beyond from John Eskenazi. RSVP information is available via the website.
