This pair of swivel Time Life Chairs or lounge chairs, pictured above, were designed by Charles & Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1960. These are an adaptation of the seating originally specially commissioned to go in the Time Life building in New York City. Each is upholstered in pale fawn leather with a shaped buttoned back and seat with padded arm rests. Stamped Herman Miller, the pair is offered by Wick Antiques for £2850.
Modern Antiquarian
