Lili, known for her striking red hair and milky complexion, lived a bohemian lifestyle with the artist Albert René Grenier in an apartment in Montmartre. Toulouse-Lautrec lived with them for a time.

Included in the sale are two albums of photographs, albumen prints from the 1880s attributed to the painter and photographer François Gauzi. They are filled with images of Lili in professional poses as well as more relaxed domestic scenes with her friends.

Pictured here are two prints. One depicts Lili and René with Toulouse-Lautrec dressed as a Spanish dancer, the other shows Lili in a kimono (probably the costume used when she posed for paintings by Toulouse-Lautrec and Albert de Belleroche).

The albums will be offered with an estimate of €15,000-20,000.
