The London show at Osbourne Studio Gallery is inspired by Hodge’s travels over the last two years and marks a turning point away from figurative painting towards abstraction.
Running from October 5-28 at the gallery’s space in Belgravia, it brings together 20 portraits and sketches, including indigenous Marwari horses in Rajasthan, international circus horses in Monaco and Arab thoroughbreds of the Middle East in addition to Andalusian horses of ancient Arab descent.
