Talking from his Somerset home, Dennis said: “Our publications business is still operating but with not as many new titles as before – our book on Stuart glass has been written but we’re having real problems with the illustrations, due to Covid.
“We have two small books we want to progress. One is on 19th century damask napery and the other on French pochoir printed pottery but we’re struggling to find enthusiasts to research and write the texts, ideally an intern or a mature student who has an interest in the subject.
“We have had no luck writing to museums or art colleges.”
