Sara Hughes, owner of Phoenix Antiques in Petworth, who launched a vintage, antique and militaria fair in Petersfield last year, is starting up at an alternative venue.

She said: “Petersfield Festival Hall is being used by the NHS so I’ve found another location to host my event. This is the HSDC Southdowns College in Waterlooville and the first vintage, antique and militaria fair will run there on Sunday, November 28, where most of the 50 dealers from Petersfield will be joining me plus some new faces.”

Dealers standing at the new Hampshire fair include Surrey Militaria, Annies Vintage and Quite Collectables. Newcomers Visually Vintage offer vintage photography while the Napoleonic Society is selling books.

Hughes added: “I hope to continue running this fair alongside Petersfield when that’s up and running again next year.”
