
Among the Italian pieces on offer in Chicago is a Triennale floor lamp designed by Angelo Lelli for Arredoluce. It comes from the estate of Patricia Ann Black Smyth, Santa Fe, New Mexico, and is being sold to benefit Berea College in Kentucky.
Made from lacquered brass and enamelled aluminium, the Triennale lamp is regarded as Lelli’s most familiar design.
It stands 2ft 1in (64cm) high, is impressed Made in Italy Arredoluce Monza and has an estimate of $2000-3000.
