Hunting for antiques online this Christmas? UK trade associations BADA, LAPADA and CADA have all organised online promotions of their members’ stock for the festive season.
Circulated via their newsletters, BADA and LAPADA offer buying guides featuring a range of furniture, art and antiques which can be found on the organisations’ respective websites.
CADA, which is slated to launch a new website next year, has focused its pre-Christmas promotions on Instagram (@cadaartandantiquesassociation), where it features members’ stock such as this painting Antics on the Ice, 22in x 2ft 3in (55 x 68cm), by Austrian artist Edmund Adler (1871-1957). The seasonally appropriate work is available for purchase at £19,500 from the dealer’s website (Haynes Fine Art).
