The event was planned for September 3-5 at The Festival Hall in Petersfield but the venue has been taken over by the NHS to administer Covid-19 booster vaccinations.
Last year’s September edition was also cancelled due to complications caused by the pandemic.
Organiser Caroline Penman said: “I was mortified to be told that the NHS has requisitioned the Festival Hall for September-December for the autumn Covid booster jabs! There is no suitable local alternative hall available, so we move onto 2022.”
The next Petersfield Antiques Fair is now scheduled for March 11-13 – five weeks later than the usual early February date to avoid the worst of the winter weather.
