Offered for €8500, it is among the highlights from Gloucestershire dealer Adam Prout – Ethnographic Art at Amsterdam’s Tribal Art Fair, running online this year from October 29-November 1.

The digital event features 21 dealerships from the Netherlands and beyond showcasing up to 50 objects each, as well as an online lecture programme.

Now in its 18th year, the fair features masks, sculptures, textiles, jewellery, utensils and much more. Exhibitors include Michael Woerner, Hermann Sommerhage and Bryan Reeves – Tribal Gathering.

Organiser Finette Lemaire of Galerie Lemaire says that the online event can be enjoyed by “a much wider audience, wherever they live around the world. People can view over a thousand items for sale from Oceania, Africa, Asia and the Americas sitting in the comfort and safety of their home.”
