The 21 sellers from the 25 lots at the December 15 sale ranged from c.1790 to the mid 19th century and attracted bids from the US and the UK but mainly went to Irish collectors. They totalled a shade over €17,000 (£15,000).

The 12in (31cm) tall, Neo-classical urns were from Jameson’s native Waterford, which provided the bulk of the lots, and sold comfortably above estimate at €6000 (£5350).
