A brush pot that sold for £23,000 at Bishop & Miller.
Both carried wheel-cut Qianlong marks for the imperial glassworks in Beijing but were guided at around £100 each.
A reign-marked overlay glass brush pot is a rare beast, and so it proved when it sold at £23,000. The vase made £12,000.
