It will now take place on Friday September 11 (trade day), and Saturday to Sunday, September 12-13, at the same location.
“Their support is much appreciated and is testament to the resolve and camaraderie of the trade,” said Wallis.
Some of the current 87-plus exhibitors have booked double tables and standholders include Reclamation Warriors, Montpellier Interiors, Antiques by Design, Smiths Architectural and Andy’s Yard Garden Antiques.
Wallis said: “The biggest positive for the fair is that I have secured the original May/June date for 2021 as well as the September date, so we will have a spring and autumn line-up.
“Footage of the event will be aired via a web link to encourage visitors who have not as yet attended and this will be used to promote subsequent fairs.”
The event may well benefit from TV exposure as Wallis and his team of restorers star in Restoration Workshop. This programme is currently showing on the Yesterday channel and will also be filmed at the Henley fair.
