Twice a year they hold a stylish brocante in their showroom with the first this year running on Sunday, May 18, with some selected pieces pictured below.
“Our home store will be stocked to the rafters with all our newest spring finds,” said the dealers.
Good Blackdog
Kate and Mike Button of Blackdog Events organise a monthly brocante in the Suffolk town of Halesworth which they launched four years ago in the Old Print Works.
The success of this venture led the Buttons to launch a biannual brocante last year in the grounds of the 18th century Glemham Hall in nearby Woodbridge (above). The first of this year’s brocantes is on Sunday, May 19. Eighty brocanteurs are expected plus a Prosecco bar, vintage cars and a food village.
The Buttons also stage the very popular annual 100-standholder Bungay antiques street fair which runs on Sunday, July 21.
