He and his wife Sandra started the Three Counties Antiques and Fine Art Fair in September and are following it up with a second two-day event at the venue on Saturday and Sunday, March 9-10.

Rodney said: “The first fair went down very well with the dealers standing at the event and as a result most are returning in March, plus there will be some new faces in attendance. With the demise of the Luton Antiques Fair at Putteridge Bury House, we feel our new fair is filling a gap in the Bedfordshire antiques scene.”

Among the 40 exhibitors in March are silver dealer Peter Jeffs, Daryl Grigg with jewellery and two of the newcomers are Art Deco dealer Marion David and Cheryl Jeffs with furniture and smalls.
