Kynance Fine Art brings Fawley VI by British artist John Piper, a 20in x 3ft (51 x 91.5cm) canvas priced in the region of £30,000. The Modern British art gallery is among the 25 dealers at the event running from June 26-30.
Launched just weeks ago by Robert Sandelson (organiser of the British Art Fair), the ‘pop-up’ at Saatchi Gallery focuses on Modern and Contemporary art, offering dealers a competitively priced alternative to the major events, such as nearby Masterpiece.
Freya Mitton and Rebecca Hossack, both of whom also have stands at The Art & Antiques Fair Olympia, are participating. Other dealers include Long & Ryle, Jill George and John Adams Fine Art.
Other artist’s work available include Francis Bacon (Castlegate House Gallery) and Julian Stanczak (The Mayor Gallery) as well as Alan Davie and Terry Frost (Mitton).
A loan exhibition of Suzanne Perlman paintings takes place on the ground floor of the venue. Organised by dealer Andrea Tardini and Matthew Perlman, it showcases her renderings of Curaçao, the US and London created over 80 years.
