After running clock and watch fairs for 30 years at this venue they are relocating to the Sports Connexion leisure centre at Ryton-on-Dunsmore, near Coventry.

The first fair in the new location is on Sunday, January 20, with around 100 stands, and the organisers plan to hold four or five events annually at the centre.

Discussing their reasons for the move, the organisers cited high venue charges and reduced car park capacity when multiple events are held at the museum. The move will be reflected in stand prices, which will be reduced to reflect the lower hire charges.

Time Fairs also runs a biannual clock and watch fair at Brunel University in Uxbridge, Middlesex.
