Run as KC Fairs and Events, the Loddon Antiques and Collectors’ Fair is held in the small market town of Loddon near Norwich, within the Broads National Park.

The first fair, which was fully booked, ran on Sunday, February 17, at the Jubilee Hall. The next is on Sunday, April 28, with three further dates this year.

“We are looking to establish a good small antiques fair aimed at both the dealer and collector with plenty of variety and bargains,” said Lee.

She trades as Blyburgate Antiques, a family business in Beccles.

“I was brought up in the antiques trade. My late mother, Mary Pearson, began dealing in the early ‘70s but I didn’t join the family antiques business in north London until the mid-1990s, going into partnership with her,” Lee said.

“We wound it up in 1998, as we wanted to get out of London, and the whole extended family relocated to Beccles in Suffolk.

“I began trading as Blyburgate Antiques that year, with the focus on good quality, interesting and affordable antiques.”
