This one-off retirement day piece by glass-maker Richard Golding, founder of Okra Glass, is priced at £295 from Ann and Ron Wheeler of Artius Glass during the Knebworth Glass Fair.
The multi-cut, iridescent, signed, blue and red perfume bottle will be offered for sale by Ann and Ron Wheeler of Artius Glass at £295 during the Knebworth Glass Fair on Sunday, February 24.
Plenty to suit all glass-collecting tastes is on offer at the fair, said organiser Paul Bishop. He added: “There will be around 50 stands with 20% contemporary makers and the remainder selling either antique or collectable glass from a variety of eras.”
Contemporary glass-makers include the award-winning Twists Glass Studio from Selkirk, while glass specialist Andy McConnell will be signing copies of the second edition of his The Decanter Ancient To Modern published by ACC Art Books.
