The items had been taken on September 8, 2018. The advert stated that every object had been professionally photographed and well catalogued and offered a reward of £350,000.
A source close to the situation said: “One of the main reasons for the good result was the fact that the stolen goods were widely publicised through Antiques Trade Gazette shortly after the burglary.”
