It takes place at the Royal National Hotel in London WC1 on Sunday, September 9.

“We’re expecting this fair to be a busy event with 80 standholders as many exhibitors return after the summer break,” said Kim. “Bookings for the October fair are looking good too.”

As well as their monthly book fairs, which also include maps and ephemera, the Jefferys run a monthly ephemera, book and postcard fair at the same venue. This combines an antiques and collectables add-on.

Kim said: “This fair has grown quite considerably over the past two years and we have tried to build on this with collaborations.

“We have found that including many genres of collecting provides for quite successful events, as many small fairs cannot justify the cost of stand-alone events in London.”

The next collaboration is on September 30, when the fair features a small antiques and collectables event in an adjoining room.

“This is the third of these events and we are hoping to build on its success in the future,” Kim added.
