Had I used the work’s title I would have got different results and have been reminded, in kindly fashion, by Richard Fattorini of Sotheby’s, that in 2015 the copy in the Franklin Brook-Hitching library sold for £98,000 in their rooms.

In ATG No 2362 I made reference to a record of £60,000 for Aurora Australis, having used the editor, Ernest Shackleton’s name in my quick online search.
