Roseberys has hired Anna Evans, former director and works of art specialist at Christie’s.

She joins as a consultant of works of art for the south London auction house’s bi-annual Craft & Tradition sales.

The next sale is July 17.

Rogers Jones has appointed Charles Hampshire as its new senior auctioneer and valuer.

Welsh auction house Rogers Jones, based in Cardiff and Colwyn Bay, has appointed Charles Hampshire as its new senior auctioneer and valuer.

Formerly of Peter Francis in Carmarthen, Hampshire is a second-generation auctioneer and was the 2010 NAVA National Auctioneer of the Year Award winner.

Adam’s of Dublin has appointed Nicholas Gore Grimes as an associate director.

He began his career in the art world at Adam’s in 1995 before a stint in New York. Gore Grimes then set up the Cross Gallery on Dublin’s Francis Street in 1999.

He has worked in the Oriental art market for 25 years and was previously the director at the Foundation Richard Liu, the European Institute of Chinese Studies in Paris.
