Suitcase rummage sales are big in Brisbane, Melbourne and Canberra in Australia.

Vendors will sell fleamarket finds from luggage at a mini-market in an indoor hall within the fleamarket. This launches on Easter Sunday, April 1, and on the first Sunday of the month thereafter.

Included in a monthly mix of what’s on offer at these fleamarkets and car boots are sports and hobbies, vintage clothes and autojumble. “There’s something for everything here,” said Hoyle.

The mart is also home to local auction house Silverwoods, which holds weekly sales of antiques and collectables and bi-monthly fine art auctions.
