Holts Auctioneers has been using Princess Louise House in Hammersmith since 1996, but will now run sales at Holly Hedge House, Blackheath.
The Norfolk firm first used the Duke of York’s barracks on King’s Road, Chelsea, before moving to the Ministry of Defence cadet base of Princess Louise House in 2006. However, with the re-assignment of the base for use by an active regiment, a new secure and suitably equipped saleroom was required.
The Blackheath venue offers easy access and ample free parking.
Managing director Nicholas Holt said: “Holly Hedge House is a fantastic new location for our auctions and we are really excited to be moving there.
“A re-purposing of our current saleroom impelled us to find a new location – and being managed by the same company as Princess Louise House, there is a comfortable continuity both in terms of the space itself and the facilities available.”
