These pieces were consistently good quality and most had been kept in their original boxes.

A Victorian diamond riviere set with 61 old brilliant-cut stones in a fitted case by D&J Wellby of Garrick Street, London, sold at £21,000 (estimate £10,000-15,000) while an Art Deco platinum bracelet combining calibre-cut sapphires with a surround of millegrain set circular-cut diamonds which sold at £9400 (estimate £6000-8000).

An accompanying GCS report stated that the 30 sapphires (around 24cts in total) were all natural sapphires with no indications of heating.
