What are your views on this?

MADAM – I wonder if your readers can help me regarding a large oil painting I purchased from the Vicar of Wimbledon in the mid-1980s (see above right). At the time the vendor was only able to tell me that he had purchased it as a ‘View over London’ at a Royal Academy Exhibition in the 1970s.
