Arta is an online price comparison site – it offers shipping companies the chance to give quotes on art shipping jobs to potential customers.
The firm was founded in 2015 by chief executive Adam Fields, formerly of the online art dealing start-up Artspace.
Last year Arta raised $1m from art world investors including gallery David Zwirner and Sotheby’s as well as high profile artists and collectors.
