Maria Speake

Shalini Misra
Misra, an interior architect, designer and property developer, and member of the LAPADA Art & Antiques Fair Selection Committee, launched Shalini Misra Ltd in 1996. Her current projects include the bar at the Decorex fair in September. She has chosen the 1851 Great Exhibition as a theme.
Beata Heuman
“There was a big trend towards open-plan living and the huge kitchen diner. We are moving away from that now. It is healthier to move between different spaces.” Heuman worked for Nicky Haslam for nine years before setting up her own studio in 2013. Pictured here is a recent project – the reworking of a West End townhouse.
