Some dealers managed to storm this auctioneer citadel, with speaker BADA president Victoria Borwick noting the “healthy rivalry” between the two camps.

There were tables for under-35s while, higher up on the experience ladder, Halls’ director, SOFAA stalwart and birthday boy Jeremy Lamond was given the honour of tossing the coin for the ‘heads or tails’ game, raising over £1000 for charity.
