She said: “Antiques and collectables have always been a passion of mine and I have been a collector – my children would say hoarder – for as long as I can remember. When the Eaglebush, a Victorian hotel and pub in Neath, came on the market last year I snapped it up.”
Twelve months on, the Vintage 7 Centre opened its doors in early March and Lloyd has also relocated her catering business there.
She added: “I am delighted with the extremely positive response from all the centre’s visitors and customers. At present it occupies the ground floor where there are 35 cabinets available to rent. Within the next six months the centre will expand into the first floor which has six large rooms.”
