Police officers reported that at 12.22am on Sunday, July 18, they were notified of a break-in at the centre. Security staff said that a silver Volkswagen had been used to ram through the gates of the site and the burglars forced entry to one of the buildings and stole a large silver and green safe.

Among the items in the safe was a collection of antique jewellery (some of the items are pictured above).
