Among the speakers at the September 4 event are Victoria and Albert Museum director Tristram Hunt and international art dealer Thaddaeus Ropac discussing the global outlook in the keynote panel.
The topic of export licences will concentrate on Italian, UK and German perspectives and the challenges the international art trade faces.
Other subjects on the programme include art finance, online sales, auctions and luxury.
The afternoon keynote speech will be given by Elaine Bedell, CEO of the Southbank Centre, the 17-acre site in central London where three concert halls and Hayward Gallery combine to make the biggest arts centre in Europe.
The Art Business Conference is held annually in London at Church House Conference Centre in Westminster and tickets for the London event can be booked here.
