The three other members joining the UK board are: Cecilia Fletcher of Sotheby's compliance counsel in Europe; Boodle Hatfield’s partner Fiona Graham; and Gregor Kleinknecht, partner at Hunters Solicitors.
The new team will be responsible for running the association in the UK and Europe and they replace outgoing members Pierre Valentin of Constantine Cannon, who was the association’s founder, Sotheby's Wendy Philips and Melanie Cassoff of Freelands Foundation.
In addition, the New York board also gains a new member. Megan Noh, a partner at Cahill Cossu Noh & Robinson, replaces Adam Green.
“Range of skills”
Antonia Kimbell, PAIAM chair, said the “range of skills and expertise” of the new recruits “complement the other members of the board and will help us to continue our work to create beneficial opportunities for members to share specialist knowledge”.
The changes were announced at a PAIAM event held at the Museum of London earlier this year.
PAIAM was founded in London in 2011 and its members include lawyers, accountants, tax advisors, insurance specialists, logistics experts and other advisors to the art market.
