Partridge, of Adam Partridge Auctioneers & Valuers in Macclesfield and Liverpool as well as BBC’s Flog It!, will be based at nearby Hartfields Manor on September 15-16. The weekend includes a visit to Dorking’s West Street, a traditional hub for antiques shops and centres.
As well as exploring West Street and surrounding areas, Partridge will take his group to the Dorking Halls Antiques Fairs on Sunday September 16.
The fair, established in 1976, is one of the longest-running monthly decorative antiques fairs. It expanded in April to provide up to 120 stands which offer a variety of antique objects.
Partridge’s Antiques Hunting weekend breaks are a chance to spend time with the auctioneer who will be on hand to offer advice on buying and selling. A two-night stay in a hotel, tours of local historic attractions, coach hire and admissions are offered on the various weekends, which this year also includes a trip to Salisbury in November.
