Police are appealing for information after the theft of this oil on canvas painting 'Stained Glass' by Mary Potter (1900–1981). The 20 x 21½in (51 x 55cm) 1968 painting owas stolen from a fair.
The oil on canvas painting Stained Glass (1968) by Potter (1900–1981) is thought to have a New Arts Centre exhibition label on the reverse.
It was stolen from the stand of dealer Duncan R Miller Fine Arts at a recent London fair.
The police said in a statement that if anyone has been offered the 20 x 21½in (51 x 55cm) painting or has any information relating to the artwork, they can either contact the gallery on 020 7839 8806 or Islington Police Station on 101.
The crime reference number is 2701823/17.
