Cromwell Place

The Cromwell Place project includes the redevelopment of five Grade II listed townhouses into art galleries and exhibition space.

The new scheme, close to the Victoria and Albert Museum and South Kensington underground station, will include offices, viewing rooms, art storage and 16 exhibition spaces varying in size at up to 3000 sq ft.

It received planning permission earlier this year and hopes to open by 2019.

The project is a joint venture between art dealer John Martin; Toby Anstruther, a property developer and chair of the landlord of the premises South Kensington Estates; property adviser Scott Murdoch; and businessman Hugh Garmoyle.
