The Palm Beach Art, Antique & Design Center measures 25,000 square feet and can accept up to 40 dealers. Among those already signed up to exhibit there are Butchoff Antiques (London), Wick Antiques (Lymington, UK) and Smith Davidson Gallery (Amsterdam).

“The location was chosen because it is the only facility of its size located on Dixie Highway, just south of the well-known Palm Beach Antiques Row,” a representative of the Palm Beach Show Group told ATG. “It is easily accessible and will serve as an ultimate luxury shopping destination”.

Each booth at the centre will either be run by a member of the holding gallery’s staff, or will have a staff member provided by the Show Group. The booths are also to be fitted out with cameras to allow communication between clients and dealers when they are off-site.

“I’ve had so many dealers that participate in our shows express interest in finding spaces in Palm Beach, as they have built client bases here and want to be able to service those clients year-round, not just when there is a show,” says Show Group president and CEO Scott Diament.

The Palm Beach Art, Antiques & Design Center, which is located at 500 N. Dixie Highway is not to be confused with the Palm Beach Antique and Design Center, which was established in 2009, on 6910 S. Dixie Highway.

The new centre opens with a champagne reception November 18.

Palm Beach Show Group's next fair is the New York City Jewelry & Watch Show, opening October 28.
